
Bilingual Customer Service Representative: French & English – Inbound Calls – Rabat

Your daily missions
- Multilingual Support: Handle inbound calls by fluently switching between French and English based on the customer’s needs.
- Personalized Advice: Analyze the needs of international customers and provide them with clear, precise, and tailored solutions.
- Brand Ambassador: Ensure a premium level of service and maintain an impeccable brand image across all interactions.
- Quality Follow-up: Rigorously manage administrative tasks and update customer files in our dedicated tools.
The profile we are looking for
- Languages: Perfect mastery of both French and English (C1/C2 level for both). Fluent and professional elocution in both languages is mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, natural empathy, and a strong sense of customer service.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch from one language to another without hesitation and adapt to different cultural backgrounds.
- Experience: Previous experience in an international contact center is a significant asset.
